Is your tissue paper FSC certified?
Yes our tissue paper is responsibly sourced from a FSC certified supplier.
Why don't you have the FSC certified logo on the box?
In order to place the FSC logo on a product the FSC guidelines for using their logo on any product states that the whole production chain has to be FSC certified.
Even though our tissue paper is FSC certified from an FSC certified supplier, the tissue paper is sent to a secondary manufacturer who then packs it into the final product for retail. Our secondary manufacturer is not FSC certified as they do not produce the tissue paper and as such we do not want to go against FSC guidelines and place the logo on the box.
We are a small and new company that is constantly learning and improving and we may not always get things right but we set out to be transparent and do the best we can.
Therefore spending more to source FSC certified tissue to provide a better more responsible product, but at the same time respecting the FSC logo placement guidelines are the kind of things we hope to continue to uphold.
Where are your products made in?
Our products are made in China. Some may think a good product and made in China may be mutually exclusive, but it depends on the manufacturer that produces it. Like everything else it’s the people that make the product not where the product is made.
We have carefully selected our manufacturers and suppliers based on their production quality and process standards, we work closely with our suppliers, even having gone to the grounds to do checks and quality inspection, and we will continue to evaluate our suppliers and manufacturers to ensure they meet our quality standards.
What are some ways you ensure quality standards?
In addition to working closely and checking on our manufacturers we have come up with our own in house quality check through testing. For us, hygiene standards are very important to a product like tissue paper. Regardless of where it is produced, whatever processes and claims the factories make, and even if our checks are all good, at the end of the day it’s the product that matters.
As such when every batch of tissue boxes are produced and ready to be retailed we do a microbiology random testing across the board, in short to test for undesirable particles that would affect the hygiene standards of the product.
This test is carried out by a third party accredited test lab. The products are only retailed if the test results pass the hygiene guidelines. So far we have not been disappointed but we will continue to test every batch of products when they are produced, this is a promise we make to ourselves and to you, our customer.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We provide free standard shipping for all orders within the US.
If you would like to sign for your delivery ( Registered delivery) please select our Standard delivery ( signature required) option. Please kindly note there is a shipping charge for this option. For this option, we recommend you provide a suitable daytime delivery address where there is someone to receive the delivery.
What is the delivery time I can expect to receive my order?
It would take around 4-6 working days after you receive your order confirmation for the order to reach you.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept online payment payment via Visa and Master credit/debit cards issued by banks as well as Paypal.
Paypal is our secured payment gateway and if you do not have a Paypal account all credit/debit cards payment are still done securely on the PayPal page.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Should you wish to modify or cancel an order, pls contact us in writing at email@example.com with your name, order number and details of your request as soon as you can after your order confirmation. We would be happy to help and would put in our best efforts to abide by your request, however we cannot guarantee that we would be able to do so and as much as it upsets us , we may have to reject your request.
In the event that we are able to cancel your order, there may be cancellation fees in some cases which would be made known to you and we would only proceed to cancel the order if you agree to them.
If the order has been processed or dispatched, we unfortunately strictly cannot cancel or amend it, and we appreciate your kind understanding.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We have a no returns, no exchanges policy, so we recommend making sure you would like to place the order and it is placed correctly for the items and quantity you want. ( please refer to our return policy for more details)
If you have received an item that is not what you ordered, or there is something wrong, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately quoting order number, name and address, details of the product received and original order. We will then be in touch to advice you on how to proceed with the return. Rest assured we would sort out any wrong item delivery and make sure what you ordered gets delivered to you.
