Shipping and Orders

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

We ship to all states ( except Alaska and Hawaii) ; Washington, DC. We do not ship to the US territories, PO boxes and parcel lockers.
All orders are shipped through standard delivery and will most likely be shipped via Surepost (residential address) or UGC (commercial address). 

If you have an APO/FPO/DPO address, please contact as in advance at hello@thebetter.company to confirm if the items you are interested in can be shipped to your address. 

Shipping charges are per shipping address per order and your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Estimated order delivery is around 4-6 business days from order confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 We ship to Canada at a flat rate of $20/ carton of 12 ordered. This shipping fee includes any taxes, tariffs and customs duties.(DDP delivery). For other International orders please contact us at sales@thebetter.company, for shipping rates and to place an order.

  

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ( United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. 

If you would like to sign for your delivery ( Registered delivery) please select our Standard delivery ( signature required) option. Please kindly note there is a shipping charge for this option. For this option, we recommend you provide a suitable daytime delivery address where there is someone to receive the delivery.

Most orders will ship out within 1-3 working days upon receiving and confirming the order. You will receive an email notification when your item has been shipped out. 

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as delays, damaged and lost packages caused by our courier company. 

In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer’s error in indicating the shipping/delivery address  ( incorrect and/or insufficient address), there is no longer free shipping and a re-delivery fee would be charged based on the courier rates given to us at that time and is fully payable by the customer.  

 

ORDERS PLACED

 

An email confirmation would be sent to you after your order is placed.

Should you wish to cancel an order, pls contact us in writing at hello@thebetter.company with details of your request within 1 hour of placing your order. We would be happy to help and would put in our best efforts to abide by your request, however we cannot guarantee that we would be able to do so and as much as it upsets us to do so, we may have to reject your request.

In the event that we are able to cancel your order, there may be cancellation fees in some cases which would be made known to you and we would only proceed to cancel the order if you agree to them.

If the order has been processed or dispatched, we unfortunately strictly cannot cancel or amend it, and we appreciate your kind understanding.  We have a no returns, no exchanges policy, ( please refer to our return policy for more details), so we recommend making sure you would like to place the order and it is placed correctly for the items and quantity you want. If any item is received damaged please contact us at hello@thebetter.company immediately.  (please refer to our return policy for more details)

If you have received an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@thebetter.company immediately quoting order number, name and address, details of the product received and original order. We will then be in touch to advice you on how to proceed with the return. Rest assured we would sort out any wrong item delivery and make sure what you ordered gets delivered to you.
